Xinyu Feihu: D355 and D273 Steel Pressurized Pipeline Single Plugging

On June 8, 2024, the professional construction team of Xinyu Feihu arrived at the site. After full preparation in the early stage, the five operators cooperated in strict accordance with the construction plan, and carried out a series of operating procedures such as pressure welding, hot tapping, plugging and installing blind plate in an orderly manner. After three days of continuous fighting, they successfully replaced the old pressure regulating station by performing single plugging on the D355 and D273 steel pipeline separately and it thus formed double plugging project. The design pressure of the pipeline was 4.0MPa, the internal pressure of the pipeline during construction was 2.2MPa, and the material of the pipeline was L360.
