Strength of 100bar and safety factor of 6 times are designed in the plugging head,which contribute to make the plugging head not produce fatigue damage after its long-time using for high-pressure plugging. Scrap sweeping device and automatic pressure compensation device on the plugging head help to make better effects on plugging,meeting the requirement of zero-leakage plugging on spiral weld pipe, straight seam pipe and seamless pipe. Do sealing tests with air pressure 0.5bar, 1bar, 2bar, 4bar,8bar, 10bar and 12bar successively and the tests results must be zero leakage. Do the water pressure tests with pressure 16bar, 25bar, 64bar, 100bar and 125bar successively after air-pressure tests and the tests results must be zero leakage.
